Michael Mahrous is an experienced professional in solution and service management, currently serving as an Assistant Manager at Samsung Electronics since January 2022. At Samsung, Michael leads engineering and automation efforts for raw data extraction using RPA, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to manage and publish Power BI reports.
