Rui Alheiro is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in strategic leadership and operations management across various industries. Currently serving as an Executive Board Member and CGO for PROEF since March 2016, Rui successfully led a significant turnaround initiative at Proef Deutschland, achieving profitability and customer satisfaction improvements within one year. Additionally, Rui is an active member of the Harvard Business Review Advisory Council and has held board positions at several organizations, including Smartlamppost, Promptly Health, and Mobile World Comunicações S.A. Rui's educational background includes multiple executive certificates from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, specializing in innovation, design thinking, and venture capital, as well as an engineering degree from Universidade de Aveiro.
