Ilmar Pralla

Ilmar Pralla has extensive experience in roles related to innovation, business support, and software engineering. Ilmar started their career at TAFTIE in 2011 as the Chairman of the Board, where they contributed to strengthening Europe's economic performance by supporting innovation programs. In 2001, they joined Enterprise Estonia as the Director of the Innovation Division, where they provided funding, knowledge, and networking for innovation management to Estonian businesses. In 2012, Ilmar joined Proekspert AS as the Head of the Financial Services Team, overseeing software engineering partnerships with international companies in the mobile, financial, and security sectors. In 2013, they briefly took on the role of Head of the Industrial Automation team at Proekspert AS. Since 2014, Ilmar has held the position of COO at Proekspert AS.

Ilmar Pralla attended the University of Tartu from 1995 to 1999, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics.
