Holger Ulrich has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Holger began their career as an Auszubildender - Prozessleitelektroniker at JUMO Headquarters, where they worked from August 1998 to July 2001. Holger then joined RM Michaelides Software & Elektronik in 2005, where they held multiple roles including Developer, Diploma Student, and Customer Support / Documentation / Sales. During their time at RM Michaelides Software & Elektronik, Holger provided worldwide customer and internal support for hardware, software, and services, as well as initiating product and documentation improvements. In 2016, Holger joined Proemion GmbH as the Head of Customer Care.

Holger Ulrich completed their secondary education at Ferdinand-Braun-Schule Fulda from 1998 to 2001, where they earned a Facharbeiter diploma in Prozessleitelektroniker. Holger then pursued higher education at Fachhochschule Fulda from 2001 to 2005, graduating with a Diplomingenieur (FH) degree in Elektrotechnik.
