Catherine Blake has a diverse work experience in the energy industry, starting in 2004 with Cameco Corporation, where they progressed from a site engineer to a restoration engineer. Catherine then joined Ur Energy, USA in 2008 as a project engineer, leading the design and implementation of a new uranium mine. Since 2014, Catherine has been with PROENERGY, where they have held roles including Commercial Manager, Project Engineer, Engineering Manager, and most recently, as the Director of PowerFLX Engineering.
Catherine Blake pursued their Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Wyoming from 2000 to 2004. Catherine then went on to obtain a Master of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Idaho between 2005 and 2008. In 2009, Catherine earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in International Business from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Additionally, they completed the World Nuclear Fellow program at the World Nuclear University in 2009. Catherine holds a Professional Engineer License in Mechanical Engineering from the State of Wyoming and is also a registered member of the Society of Mining, Metallurgy, and Exploration.
