Michael Welsh is an experienced civil engineer and civil superintendent with extensive expertise in overseeing and managing turbine power plant construction projects globally at ProEnergy Services since June 2014. In addition to this role, Michael has been fulfilling the responsibilities of a caretaker for aging parents since February 2011. Previous positions include serving as a construction field engineer at Professional Engineering Consultants, project management and lead inspection at Herzog Contracting Corp., and construction project management at the Kansas Department of Transportation, complemented by a solid foundation in engineering gained through work with the Missouri Department of Transportation. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Kansas.
