We are a food ingredients innovation company working on creating healthier, tastier, and more sustainable food solutions. Through intensive R&D, we create high-quality plant protein ingredients with superior nutritional, functional, and sensory profiles. We are at the forefront of disrupting the alternative protein space.

Our speciality lies in helping our customers create food products that are hassle-free to formulate and loved by consumers. We achieve this by helping them select the right protein ingredients and tweaking or developing new proteins for specific uses. This helps achieve attributes meeting various process needs, like higher solubility, foaming, emulsification, gelation, and more.

Our current products include:
	Proeon Mung Bean Protein: A 80%+ purity protein isolate with excellent gelation, superior emulsification and high foaming capacity well suited for plant-based eggs, plant-based protein drinks, egg-free baking and plant-based dips and spreads.
	Proeon Chickpea Protein: A 60% Protein concentrate with high water holding capacity and gelation properties suited for applications like plant-based meat, protein snacks, nutrition bars, etc

Our commitment to future-engineering food has helped us participate in prestigious global programs such as Technology Pioneers 2022 cohort by the World Economic Forum, MassChallenge Switzerland 2021 and Food Tech Studio Bites! 2021 By Scrum Ventures. Our work has been recognised and helped us emerge as winners at the ET Power of Ideas, Innocity by SAP-CIIE, and OHSSAI Excellence & Sustainability Award.

Our co-founders, Kevin and Ashish, have worked together in the natural products industry for more than 25 years. They aim to enable healthier eating, conscious consumption, and cruelty-free food practices for long-term impact.
