	Proeon Mung Bean Protein: A 80%+ purity protein isolate with excellent gelation, superior emulsification and high foaming capacity well suited for plant-based eggs, plant-based protein drinks, egg-free baking and plant-based dips and spreads.
	Proeon Chickpea Protein:  A 60% Protein concentrate with high water holding capacity and gelation properties suited for applications like plant-based meat, protein snacks, nutrition bars, etc

Our co-founders, Kevin and Ashish, have worked together in the natural products industry for more than 25 years. They aim to enable healthier eating, conscious consumption, and cruelty-free food practices for long-term impact.
