Dale Carter is an experienced Engineering Director and Manager with a background in PLC systems design and software development. With a Bachelor's degree in Electronic Design and Technology, Dale has worked in various roles such as System Engineer, Project Engineer, and Development Engineer, contributing to the development of PLC, HMI, and SCADA software. At Proeon Systems Ltd., Dale has played a crucial role in setting up teams for software development, while also contributing to standard software block development. Prior to this, Dale worked at Lintott Control Systems and Tufts and Whitton Controls Ltd., gaining experience in applications management, electrical CAD design, and commissioning.
