Micha Roon is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in engineering and innovation across various sectors, including software development, decentralized finance, and blockchain technology. Currently serving as the Head of Engineering at The Hashgraph Association since May 2023, Micha provides training and mentorship to technical staff supporting innovation projects. Micha founded managination in July 2005, focusing on enhancing software development processes. Previous roles include Head of Web3 Engineering at NOUMENA DIGITAL AG and Chief Technology Officer at bonq, where Micha facilitated access to self-sovereign finance solutions. Micha held key positions such as Chief Innovation Officer at Energy Web and Technical Board member at Share&Charge, contributing significantly to the advancement of decentralized infrastructure. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Lausanne and additional studies in fintech and project management.
