David Fullerton Dir.IPSA

David Fullerton is the founder and CEO of Professional Security, which they have led since 2003 and grown into one of the UK's Top 25 security firms with over £60 million in annual revenue; they also serve as CEO of Bridgegate Security and as Chair of the International Professional Security Association (IPSA). They founded No Guard Alone in 2025, a campaign tackling male suicide in the security industry, and they serve on the board of the UK Door Security Association while advising the British Standards Institution on the revision of BS7960. They earned a BSc in Environmental Energy Engineering (1997–2000) and a PhD in Catalytic Chemistry (2000–2003) from the University of Leeds.
