Luke Adams

Luke Adams is an experienced professional in operations management with a strong background in the hospitality and retail sectors. Currently serving as the National Operations Director for Professional Security since November 2025, Luke previously held pivotal roles at Greene King, including Central Operations Director for Destination Brands and Head of Central Operations for Destination Food Brands. Key achievements at Greene King include leading a successful COVID response plan and overseeing the integration of The Spirit Pub Co. into the company. Additional experience includes roles as Area Manager at Lidl UK and Area Sales Manager at Greggs, as well as earlier positions in café and licensed retail management. Luke holds an HND in Sports & Exercise Science Coaching from South Nottingham College and completed general education at West Bridgford School.
