Eric Gilbert has held a variety of positions in the healthcare and technology industries since 1987. Eric began their career at McKinsey & Co. as an Engagement Manager, where they completed a range of strategy consulting, organizational design and corporate finance projects for a number of healthcare and technology-based businesses. In 1991, they founded The Parallax Group, a healthcare consulting firm providing strategic management consulting, implementation assistance, and advisory services. In 1994, they founded MED-X Integrated Health, Ltd., a healthcare company focused on marketing disease-specific mail order pharmacy services. In 1995, they founded Health Resources Inc., a healthcare consulting firm. In 1998, they founded i-Beacon.com, Inc., a business-to-business technology firm providing healthcare and pharmaceutical companies with software tools and syndicated analytics. Eric also served as an informal affiliate for The Institute for the Future to help develop healthcare-specific tools, research, and programs. In 2012, they led the acquisition of operating assets of publicly-traded pharmaceutical company Belrose Pharma Inc., and became its Founding CEO. Since 2002, they have been the President & CEO of PSS, providing comprehensive, data-driven, industry-tried business consulting services to a diverse portfolio of small, mid-size, and large companies across a multitude of industries.
Eric Gilbert completed their Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Stanford University in 1985, and then went on to obtain their Master of Business Administration in Health Care from Stanford University Graduate School of Business in 1987.
