Don Karas

Don Karas has extensive work experience in the field of government contracting, consulting, and military analysis. Don started their career in 1988 as a Senior Military Analyst at EER Systems. In 1993, they joined Professional Software Engineering and held the positions of Senior Military/Training Analyst and later Program Manager. Their role at Professional Software Engineering continued until 2011. In 2017, Don started working at KarMel Consulting, LLC as a Senior Subject Matter Expert. In this role, they provide consulting services to various Government Contracting companies, specializing in Army training, training development, training management, and Army Training Information Systems. Don also has expertise in program management, proposal development, and a wide range of military issues.

Don Karas obtained a Program Management Professional degree in Program Management from the Program Management Institute in 2011.
