James W. Moore

James W. Moore is an experienced Program Manager with a strong background in software engineering and C4I systems. Since November 2013, James W. Moore has been managing Tactical SIGINT Collection Systems (TSCS) for the USMC at Professional Software Engineering, overseeing Help Desk operations and training and engineering efforts. Prior to this role, James W. Moore served as Installation Program Manager at CGI Federal from March 1995 to November 2013, where responsibilities included the design and management of C4I systems such as GCCS-M and TBMCS, as well as shipboard and shore site installations. Earlier experience includes roles as Lead Technical Specialist at Focal Point, Inc., and Research Management Corporation, focusing on the construction and installation of C4I systems.
