Mitchell LaBouef, CSMP, is currently the Safety Director at Professional Teleconcepts, LLC, where they direct health and safety program oversight, implement behavior-based safety practices, and ensure compliance with OSHA and client safety requirements. Previously, Mitchell held various safety roles, including EHS Coordinator and Regional Safety Manager, where they conducted audits, investigated incidents, and enhanced safety protocols across multiple sites. Their career began at Oswego Hospital as a Hospital Technician/AEMT-CC Team Leader, where they managed emergency medical responses. Mitchell is also pursuing a degree in Occupational Health and Safety, maintaining a 4.0 GPA at Columbia Southern University.
