Our mission is to be a beacon throughout Sonoma County for LGBTQIA+ business owners, entrepreneurs, and other professionals looking to network, build relationships, and support one another in our professional goals.

Sonoma County has the second largest population of LGBTQIA+ identifying homes in the nation. This is the network to find us.

We have a vibrant LGBTQIA+ community in Sonoma County, among the largest per capita in the nation. We aim to bring greater awareness and visibility by uniting businesses and professionals in the area. By bringing a heightened awareness of the LGBTQIA+ professionals in Sonoma County, we can inspire future generations of LGBTQIA+ individuals to pursue entrepreneurial endeavors.

As a non-profit organization, Professionals with Pride provides resources and educational opportunities for both new and established LGBTQIA+ professionals.
