Anna Vaschilo

Anna Vaschilo has been in the professional world since 2007, when they began their career as an Agent for Reclame with OOO "Medzhik". In 2008, they took on the role of Marketing Services Assistant with Autohaus Energia GmbH - Distributor of Mercedes-Benz in Belarus. In 2010, they moved to OOO Izmet as Senior Marketing Manager, where they managed the marketing department and was responsible for all advertising activity on the Internet. From 2011 to 2013, Anna worked as an Internet Marketing Manager with KRAFTTRANS, followed by an Advertising Account Executive role with Media IVI. In 2015, they became a Senior Customer Manager with VIGBO and in 2021, they took on two roles as Project Manager with both Profi and Innowise Group. At Innowise Group, Anna was responsible for defining the project scope and objectives through internal project management methodologies, ensuring customer success by establishing and managing processes to bridge gaps between business needs, engineering capabilities, and competing priorities, and managing project risks and problems.

Anna Vaschilo's education history includes a Master's degree in Business and Cultural Management from БГУКИ in 2011, a Business Analyst certification from ITMINE in 2017, an Upper-Intermediate certification from Big Apple in 2017, a QA certification from course.by in 2015, and two additional certifications from English For IT in 2021 - "English for IT: Communication" and "certificate 'English for tech'".
