Patrick Uiterwijk

Patrick Uiterwijk has worked in a variety of roles since 2002. Patrick began their career as a Junior Ontwikkelaar at Webstate in 2002. In 2010, they joined Radboud Universiteit Nijmegen as a Studentassistent. In 2013, they moved to Red Hat and held the roles of Associate Software Engineer, Software Engineer, Senior Software Engineer, and Principal Software Engineer. In 2022, they joined Profian as a Senior Principal Engineer.

Patrick Uiterwijk's education history includes a Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht (Hogeschool Utrecht) from 2009 to 2010, followed by a degree in Natuur & Techniek from Amadeus Lyceum from 2004 to 2009. Patrick then completed a degree in Computer Sciences from Radboud University from 2010 to 2013. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications from Red Hat, including Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE), Red Hat Certified Specialist in Server Security and Hardening, Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA), Red Hat Certified Architect in Infrastructure, Red Hat Certified Specialist in Ansible Automation, Red Hat Certified Specialist in Linux Diagnostics and Troubleshooting, Red Hat Certified Specialist in OpenShift Administration, and Red Hat Certified Specialist in Security: Linux.
