Anthony Ferrer

Anthony Ferrer has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in different companies. Anthony started their career as a Staff Support Associate at IHMC in 2010 and continued in this role until 2014. In 2017, they joined IHMC again, this time as a Staff Support Associate, and also worked as a Help Desk Technician at Pensacola State College. In 2017, they joined Network Communications, Inc. as a Network Support Engineer, followed by a position as a Junior System Administrator. Anthony then transitioned to Proficio in 2020, where they worked as a Cyber Threat Analyst and later became an Associate Threat Analyst. In 2022, they advanced to the role of Threat Analyst and currently holds the position of Strategic Security Advisor since April 2023.

Anthony Ferrer has a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Cybersecurity from Pensacola State College. Anthony also holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Political Science and Government from Florida State University, as well as a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in International Relations and Affairs with a minor in Middle-Eastern Studies from the same university. In terms of certifications, Anthony obtained the following: Foundations of Operationalizing MITRE ATT&CK from AttackIQ in March 2021, Certified Digital Forensics Examiner from Mile2 in December 2019, Certified Disaster Recovery Engineer from Mile2 in December 2018, and Certified Penetration Testing Engineer from Mile2 in December 2018.
