Jay Joshi

Jay Joshi, known as JJ, serves as the VP of Global Engineering and Managed Services at PROFICIO since July 2017. In this role, JJ leads the Global Engineering department to optimize and automate SIEM operations, while also overseeing multiple departments within Managed Infrastructure Services (MIS), including Managed Endpoints Detection and Response and Managed Security Services. Prior to this, JJ held various titles within PROFICIO, contributing to the establishment of key security services and managing global collaborations across diverse teams. Previously, JJ worked as a Security Engineer at Cisco and served as a Network Engineer at ADXOR TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED. JJ's extensive education includes advanced degrees in Information Security, Cyber Security, and Computer Science from the University of the Cumberlands, San Francisco Bay University, and Cleveland State University.
