Josh Hartman

Josh Hartman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of PMO at Proficio since November 2016, Josh has been responsible for overseeing customer projects and providing tracking and reporting to executive leadership for a PMO managing over $15M in projects. Previous roles include Sr. Project Manager at Catapult Technology, where Josh acted as Product Owner for significant projects for the US Department of Defense, and Sr. Project Manager at nliven systems, where responsibilities included acting as Scrum Master and Program/Project Manager for software development initiatives. With a background that also includes positions in telecommunications and military service in the United States Navy, Josh Hartman holds PMP, CSM, and CSPO certifications and has a strong foundation in managing diverse projects, teams, and environments.
