Paul Opanasenko

Paul Opanasenko is an experienced cybersecurity and law enforcement professional with a solid background in threat analysis, security operations, and IT support. Currently serving as the Americas SOC Manager at Proficio since May 2021, Paul has progressed through various roles including Lead Threat Analyst and Senior Threat Analyst. Prior experience includes a part-time IT position with the Town of Wendell and a full-time role as a Police Officer, where responsibilities encompassed law enforcement and community safety. Earlier careers involved positions at Cisco as an Information Security Analyst and ownership of Trusted Travel Services. Paul holds a Master of Science in Cybersecurity from Utica University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina Wilmington.
