Mateo Perak is a seasoned entrepreneur and technology leader with extensive experience in the digital agency and sustainable development sectors. As the Co-founder and CEO of Profico since October 2011, Mateo has successfully managed a product-driven agency specializing in mobile and web design, leading a team of 60 professionals and earning accolades such as recognition from Deloitte as one of the 50 fastest-growing tech companies in Central Europe. In addition, Mateo serves as an organisational partner for the Green Future Conference, focusing on sustainability, and previously co-founded the SHIFT Conference, which became a prominent startup event in Southeast Europe. Early career accomplishments include co-founding Booking IT, where Mateo developed Croatia's first online hotel booking engine, and contributing as a teaching assistant at the University of Split. Mateo holds a master's degree in informatics from the University of Split, FESB.
