Simon Lawrence

Simon Lawrence has an extensive background in recruitment and management across various organizations. Simon began at Carphone Warehouse, serving as Branch Manager from May 2007 to November 2015, and later worked at Hearth & Cook by Rangemoors as Showroom Manager from November 2015 to May 2016. Following this, Simon joined Hays, where from June 2016 to March 2019, positions included Recruitment Consultant and Systems Expert, Senior Recruitment Consultant and Systems Expert, and Team Manager and Systems Expert, utilizing expertise in recruiting skilled professionals across sectors. Currently, Simon serves as Recruitment Manager at Profile Group since December 2025.
