Connie E. is the founder and CEO of Mexican Food Tours, a leading cooking classes and food tour company in Mexico City, established in June 2012. Additionally, Connie serves as a co-owner at Grupo Rexa, a family business focused on constructing and selling warehouses and industrial buildings to AAA companies since 2002. Previous experience includes a marketing role at BBVA en México from July 2008 to 2011, where high-impact marketing strategies were developed, and a position as a Senior Consultant at Deloitte in 2005, focused on market demand research for consulting services. Connie holds multiple degrees, including an MSc. in Public Policy and Public Administration from The London School of Economics, a Master in Internet Business from ISDI, a Diploma in Media Management from IME Business School, an MBA from IPADE Business School, and a BA in Political Sciences from Universidad Iberoamericana, Ciudad de México.
