Anna Aggeli

Anna Aggeli, SHRM - SCP, currently serves as the Group Human Resources Director at Profile Software since July 2025. Previously, Anna held the position of Human Resources Director at HDB - Hellenic Development Bank SA from November 2023 to July 2025, where responsibilities included building an HR department from scratch. Anna's prior experience includes serving as Human Resources Manager at the Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center, also tasked with establishing the HR department. Earlier positions held include HR Manager at MSF Greece and HR Generalist at MARINOPOULOS S.A. Anna's career began as an HR Assistant Intern at Club Med. Anna possesses a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Ethnikon kai Kapodistriakon Panepistimion Athinon and a Master’s Degree in Organizational and Economic Psychology from Panteion University of Social and Political Sciences.
