Anna Aggeli

Anna Aggeli serves as the Group Human Resources Director at Profile Software since July 2025. Previously, Anna held the position of Human Resources Director at HDB - Hellenic Development Bank SA from November 2023 to July 2025, where responsibilities included directing a cross-functional team of seven and establishing the HR Department from the ground up. As Human Resources Manager at the Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center from March 2019 to October 2023, Anna again built the HR Department from scratch under the CEO's guidance. Prior experience includes managing a cross-functional team at MSF Greece from March 2016 to December 2018, focusing on HR policies and compliance, and serving as an HR Generalist at MARINOPOULOS S.A. from March 2013 to February 2016. Anna Aggeli holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Ethnikon kai Kapodistriakon Panepistimion Athinon and a Master’s Degree in Organizational and Economic Psychology from Panteion University of Social and Political Sciences.
