Hal Jay

Hal Jay is the President of Human Resource Innovations, Inc., a company they co-founded in 1994 to enhance productivity and profitability for clients through effective human resource strategies. They have over 50 years of experience in private industry, including executive roles in finance and administration, and served as a member of the Vistage Trusted Advisory Board in Omaha from 2005 to 2016. Hal holds an MBA in Management and Finance from Texas A&M University-Kingsville, where they graduated in 1972. Since 1994, Hal has also been a Strategic Business Partner at Profiles International.
