Monique B. has a wealth of experience in the recruitment and staffing industry. Monique began their career in 2004 as a Staffing Manager at Staffing Now, where they recruited and screened candidates for a broad range of positions. In 2011, they became a Freelance Recruiter at Staffing and Recruitment, responsible for the full life cycle recruiting process. In 2013, they moved to The MindFinders Inc. as a Senior Recruiting Manager, responsible for the development and execution of talent acquisition initiatives. In 2016, they transitioned to Elite Island Resorts as the Personal Assistant to the Chairman/CEO. Most recently, in 2019, they joined Profiles as the Talent Acquisition Manager, an award-winning Marketing and Creative Technology agency.
