Specialist property recruitment for estate agents, letting agencies, property management companies, block management firms, and housing organisations across the UK.

ProFind Property Recruitment was founded by Sally Asling, who has spent over 30 years working in and recruiting for the UK property industry. That depth of sector knowledge is what makes ProFind different. We are not generalist recruiters who cover property.

Property is all we do.

Hiring in property is harder than it looks. The talent pool is specialist, the sector moves quickly, and a poor hire costs far more than the fee. ProFind exists to take that risk off the table.

No CV spraying. No volume model. Every candidate is personally pre-interviewed by Sally, every shortlist is deliberate, and every placement is made with long-term retention in mind.

We recruit across residential sales, lettings, property management, block management, build to rent, new homes, and senior leadership. Permanent placements only. Quality over quantity, every time.

Clients work with us because they want fewer CVs, better candidates, and hires that last. Candidates work with us because Sally understands property careers properly and gives honest, realistic guidance throughout.
If you are a property business looking to hire, or a property professional ready for your next move, this is where that conversation starts.
