Mike Donley has a long and varied work history in project management and customer service. In 1998, they began their career at Convergys as a Senior Customer Service Representative, working their way up to Team Leader and Operations Manager. In 2010, they moved to NGA Human Resources, an Alight company, where they served as Global Service Delivery Manager/Customer Success Manager. In 2015, they joined Paycor as a Senior Implementation Consultant, and in 2017 they moved to Ascentis Human Capital Management Software as a Professional Services Project Manager. In 2019, they began working at Betterworks as an Enterprise Project Manager, and in 2020 they joined FinancialForce as a Senior Project Manager. Most recently, in 2022, they began working at ProFinda as a Senior Project Manager. In each role, Mike has been responsible for project management, customer service, and providing guidance and mentoring to the implementation team.
Mike Donley has a diverse educational background. Mike graduated from Sandalwood High School in 1998 with a High School Diploma. Mike then attended Florida State College at Jacksonville and obtained a Diploma in 1998. In 2014, they graduated from Florida State College of Jacksonville with an Associate of Arts (A.A.) in Business Administration and Management, General. Mike is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) at the University of Florida - Warrington College of Business. Additionally, Donley has obtained a variety of certifications from LinkedIn, such as "Project Manager Burnout: Recognizing, Disrupting, and Reversing" (2022), "Presenting to Senior Executives" (2021), "Business Analysis for Project Managers" (2021), and "Teamwork Foundations" (2021).
