We are developing the field of software engineering
Applying the best in the field of software engineering is a matter of course for us. We’ve been inspired by NASA, the Institute of Software Engineering at Carnegie Mellon University, Construx and others. We are spreading this inspiration further. At universities, we teach software engineering and work on integrating new scientific discoveries into practice. Together with universities, we also organize IT SPY—an elite competition for the IT thesis of the year.
Decency and transparency
Our effective organizational structure is evidence of our focus on quality software delivery. A flat organizational structure is ideal for everyone because it allows quick decision-making, transparency and direct communication. Profinit’s company culture is based on cooperation, integrity, mutual support and our goal of delivering quality work. We aim for long-term cooperation and customer satisfaction, not for a project for a few months.

Part of Profinit’s DNA is our demand for highly educated people. Our project managers have experience leading software projects. They understand the theory, software engineering, technologies and the customer’s business.
