Laura Koch

Laura Koch has a diverse range of work experience in the field of Human Resources. Laura began their career as an HR Assistant at Fidelity Building Services, Inc. in March 2007, later serving as the Director of Human Resources from December 2007 to January 2013. Laura then joined Spectrum Business as a Human Resources Generalist II from January 2013 to September 2016. Laura then moved on to Hugoson Pork Inc, where they held the position of Human Resources Manager from September 2016 to March 2020. Currently, they are working as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Profinium since March 2020.

Laura Koch has an extensive education history. Laura obtained their Masters Degree in Human Resources Management from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota, which they pursued from 2015 to 2018. Prior to that, they earned two Bachelor of Science degrees from Minnesota State University, Mankato. Their majors were Law Enforcement and Alcohol/Drug Studies, and they completed this program from 2001 to 2006.

In addition to their academic achievements, Laura Koch holds two professional certifications. In 2014, they obtained the Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI. Furthermore, in 2015, they obtained the SHRM-CP certification from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
