Ignacio Goris Ignacio Goris, is the President and Founder of Profitality Labor Guru. He has 20 years of experience in the foodservice industry, during which time he has worked with over 80 brands. He has a Masters in Industrial Engineering with a focus in Operations Research, as well as a BS in Industrial and Systems Engineering. Ignacio’s expertise includes process re-engineering, labor management systems and concept design, with focus on helping brands improve the efficiency and return on investment of the concepts, in order to fuel brand growth. Ignacio has developed a proprietary web based labor management system that is used during the execution of labor projects.
