Walid Saad

Walid Saad has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Walid began their career at PTC, where they took on various roles, including Technical Support Manager and Senior Product Manager. During this time, they demonstrated strong leadership skills by leading technical teams, managing the Windchill North America support team, and building a worldwide team to address performance and scalability incidents.

Later, Walid joined PTC as Senior Director of Product Management – PLM SaaS and played a crucial role in optimizing operational costs and transitioning the On-Premise PLM product line to SaaS. Walid also employed DevOps practices and cloud-native services to modernize the product offering and enhance customer experience.

Most recently, Walid worked at Wayfair as the Associate Director of Competitive Intelligence PM. In this role, they led a team of Product Managers and was responsible for providing a market perspective against Wayfair products. Walid achieved notable accomplishments, such as improving competitor match efficiency, reducing costs, and compressing lead time generation.

Currently, they hold the position of Senior Director of Product Management at Profitero.
