- Meet with your technical leaders to assess which projects and activities may be eligible for the SR&ED tax credit
- Position each eligible project to maximize the associated SRED tax credit
- Develop your SR&ED technical report
- Assist your accountant with the preparation of the federal and provincial SRED tax forms
- Analyze and suggest improvements to your internal SRED tracking and costing process to justifiably increase the size of your SRED claim in subsequent years

In the event of an audit:
- Develop a SRED audit defence strategy;
- Prepare internal team members by conducting an SR&ED audit dry run;
- Attend and facilitate the the SR&ED audit with CRA;
- Prepare and submit any supplementary information requested by CRA
