Our team has audited Ritz-Carlton, IHG, Hilton, Marriott, Accor, Fairmont and Rotana properties.

So we built the assurance platform we always wished those properties had.

PROFIX Consulting is a specialist audit and advisory firm built around hospitality and real estate. Dubai, Sharjah and Wellington.

THE EXPERIENCE

18+ international brands. 500+ engagements. Sector knowledge isn't transferable: a generalist auditor can tell you a reconciliation is missing. Someone who has spent a career inside hotel operations can tell you why the paymaster balance keeps drifting, which rebate codes get abused, and what a rate-integrity failure costs you by quarter end.

Senior consultants run the work start to finish. You will not be handed to junior staff.

THE PLATFORM

Our own proprietary benchmarking and self-assessment portal. Not a checklist, not a spreadsheet. Every control scored against a required standard, every gap tracked to a named owner, every property benchmarked against the rest of your portfolio.

Operational and financial controls, risk-weighted so the score reflects where the money sits. Food safety, aligned to HACCP and the UAE Food Code. Mystery shopping and integrity, across the full guest journey.

Your team runs it on demand between our visits, so problems surface while they are still cheap to fix.

COMPREHENSIVE RISK COVERAGE

Most firms hand you an audit report. We run the audit and all three assessments alongside it, then link the common themes. A weakness in purchasing, a food safety gap in receiving and an integrity flag at the front desk are often one problem wearing three uniforms. You only see that if someone looks at all three at once. All three are included as standard.

WHAT WE DO

Hospitality: internal audit, food safety, mystery shopping, HMA reviews, pre-opening budgets, live dashboards.

Real estate: RERA compliance and escrow, asset management assurance, construction-phase controls, ICFR.
