Rylan Tuohy

Rylan Tuohy is an accomplished creative professional with a diverse background in video production and screenwriting. Currently serving as Founder and Creative Director at Nickel Productions since January 2024, Rylan also holds the position of Assistant Creative Director at Driver Studios, where unique visions for video commercials are realized. With experience as Director and Director of Photography at PROFOR and a creative collaborator for We Are The Mighty, Rylan actively explores innovative storytelling in various contexts. Recent achievements include completing a Screenwriting Fellowship with The Writers Guild Foundation and participating in the Native American Media Alliance's TV Writers Lab, showcasing a commitment to developing original screenplays. Rylan’s earlier career features a robust military background as a Civil Engineer Corps Officer in the US Navy, coupled with strong educational credentials, including a Bachelor of Science in Applied Physics from the United States Naval Academy and a Master of Engineering in Project Management from the University of Maryland.
