Jayashree Kanniah

Jayashree Kanniah is a Principal Project Manager at Proforest, where they leverage their extensive background in project management and capacity building. With a rich history in sustainability initiatives, Jayashree has jointly managed the development of the FSC National Initiative and Standards for Malaysia and worked towards reducing poverty in nine Asia Pacific countries. They have also conducted research on food security in Ghana and engaged with diverse communities to promote sustainable livelihoods. Jayashree's academic background includes a Master of Science in Post-harvest Physiology and a Bachelor of Science in Bioindustry, Plant Tissue Culture from Universiti Putra Malaysia.
