Donna LaDuke is the owner of Proforma LaDuke, a ONE SOURCE marketing company. They have been the owner since 2014. The company provides marketing campaigns using print, promotional products, apparel, multi-media, video, photography, inbound marketing, websites, and ecommerce solutions. Prior to Proforma LaDuke, they were the Irrigation Sales Manager at Hi Plains Irrigation from 1994 to 1997 and owned Encore Promotional Products from 1997 to 2014. They earned a Specialized Sales, Merchandising and Marketing Operations degree from West Texas A&M University (1982–1984) and a Masters of Advertising Specialty, Advertising from Advertising Specialty Institute (1998–2015).
