Welcome to PROFORMANCE CLINICS, a multi-disciplinary health care and rehabilitation practice based at David Lloyd in Poole, Dorset.

Our holistic approach to therapy puts you at the centre of attention, where we as a team want to know how your pain or injury is affecting your current lifestyle, and not allowing you to live life to the fullest.

Working closely with one of our musculoskeletal specialists, we aim to provide you with a detailed treatment plan to not only relieve your symptoms, but also to learn more about your body to prevent further pain or injury, and to improve your overall health: for the long term.
