John Hermoso

John Hermoso has extensive work experience in service and support technician roles. John started their career in 2006 as a Senior Electronics Technician at Crestron Electronics. In this role, they were responsible for testing, evaluating, and troubleshooting various ADAGIO Home Entertainment Products and touch panels. John also had excellent soldering skills and was proficient in using electronic test equipment and programs.

In 2015, John joined Profoto as a Service and Support Technician and IFS Super User for Service Management. In this position, they helped design an ERP system for Service Management and provided technical support to end users through email and phone. John also tested, evaluated, and repaired professional photographic lighting equipment. Additionally, John gathered data for in-warranty repairs, which were used for research and development purposes. John was proficient in Microsoft Office.
