Pascal Vandecasteele started their career as an Assistant Manager at NV HOME DECOR TEXTILES in 1984. Pascal then became the Owner of Town & Country from 1986 to 1994. From 1998 to 2005, they owned BVBA TWIN PEAKS. Pascal then started their own company, BVBA PLAN-B international, and served as its Owner from 2006 to 2009. Pascal worked as a Project Manager at ARCHITECTUURGROEP JO PEETERS from 2009 to 2011. Pascal also worked as a Project Manager at PASPRINT :: PAS :: SCREENPRINTING :: EMBROIDERY :: T-SHIRT PRINTING :: SCREENPRINTING :: PRINTERS from 2011 to 2012. In 2012, they founded Pascal Vandecasteele Photography, where they served as the Manager Owner and Professional Commercial & Fine Art Photographer until the present. Additionally, Pascal worked as a Freelance Senior Project Manager at PAS Print from 2014 to 2015. Pascal then joined eFlavours as a Freelance Senior Project Manager from 2015 to 2020. In 2016, Pascal joined Profoto as a Profoto Distributor, Brand Ambassador, Product Manager, and PROFOTO Belgium.
Pascal Vandecasteele obtained their Bachelor's degree in kunsthumaniora from Turnhout in the years 1983 to 1986. Pascal also received a certification as a Profoto lighting coach from Profoto in January 2020.
