Kesa Easter

Kesa Easter currently holds the position of Senior Director of Finance at both Profound Research and Meridian Clinical Research since mid-2022, demonstrating significant expertise in financial leadership. Prior to these roles, Kesa served as Associate Chief Clinical Officer and Director of Home Health at Newton Medical Center from 2019 to 2022, and was involved in patient engagement and quality as both Patient and Family Engagement Coordinator and Quality Specialist from 2012 to 2017. Kesa's career began at Heartland Research Associates as Marketing Specialist/Patient Referral Specialist Team Lead. Kesa holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Baker University and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Human Biology from The University of Kansas.
