Bas van der Holst

Bas van der Holst is a seasoned consultant with extensive experience in finance and process optimization, currently serving as a Senior Consultant P2P at Gemeente Den Haag since July 2022. In this role, Bas developed and implemented a comprehensive improvement plan for the accounts payable process, focusing on streamlining operations, restructuring teams, and enhancing training for staff. Prior experience includes positions at Amsterdam UMC, the Immigratie- en Naturalisatiedienst, and the Dienst Justitiële Inrichtingen, where Bas has led various projects aimed at optimizing financial processes and achieving key performance indicators.
