Florent Peytavy began their career as an intern at Expair in 2013, followed by a role at Victoria University of Wellington where they conducted research on a solar fruit dryer. In 2017, they joined Profroid (Groupe Carrier) as an engineer in special machine studies, eventually managing the team since 2020, overseeing technical achievements and project advancements. Currently, they serve as an energy development engineer at SEAWARDS, part of the Seanergy group. Florent holds a degree from Polytech'Nantes, where they studied from 2013 to 2016.
