Ludwig Louw

Ludwig Louw is the Director of the ProFun Academy, where they focus on enhancing guest experiences through impactful employee training aimed at supporting Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030. They also served as the Head of Catering at Grandiose Catering, managing a large team and overseeing multifaceted operations in the food service industry. Previously, Ludwig held various roles in hospitality, including First Class Hospitality Trainer and Operations Manager at Etihad Airways, and was a co-founder of CX Centric. They have pursued a diverse educational background in hospitality management and are currently studying wines and spirits.
