Ryan Phillips is a waterpark and hospitality industry veteran with nearly two decades of experience. Currently, Ryan serves as the General Manager for the soon-to-open Grand Hyatt Dubai Water Park and previously held leadership roles at various prestigious organizations, including SST, Great Wolf Lodge, and Fort Rapids Waterpark. Known for their dynamic leadership and passion, Ryan has contributed significantly to operational excellence and safety in aquatic environments globally. In addition to their management roles, Ryan actively engages in the industry as the Chairman of MENALAC’s Health & Safety committee and has spoken at events for the World Waterpark Association and the International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions. Ryan is pursuing a degree in Business/Commerce at The Ohio State University.
