Manon Stravens is an experienced researcher and freelance journalist specializing in various sectors, including supply chain research at Profundo since November 2021. Stravens has covered a wide range of topics and commodities such as coffee, soy, sugar, and climate-related issues. In addition to freelance activities since March 2010, Stravens serves as a content editor for Hoogtelijn, the climbing sports magazine of the Dutch Climbing and Mountaineering Association. Previous roles include investigative journalist at The Investigative Desk, research journalist at De Balie, and editor at De Zaak and Het Financieele Dagblad. Stravens holds an Advanced Master in Development Studies and a certificate in Globalisation and Labour Rights, both achieved through prestigious institutions.
