Victor A. is an accomplished data professional with extensive experience in data engineering, data science, and mentorship. Currently serving as a Data Engineer and Data Scientist at Profusion since September 2021, Victor previously held key positions at Decoded, including Lead Data Mentor, where responsibilities included managing a team of data mentors, onboarding, and interviewing candidates, as well as delivering the level 4 Data Analyst Apprenticeship Standard to over 50 learners. Earlier roles include Technical Business Analyst at Kluster Intelligence, focusing on sales analytics and advanced reporting, and EFL Teacher at Bede's Summer School. Victor has a strong educational background with a Master's degree in Physics: astrophysics from Durham University and a secondary education from the British School of Barcelona.
