Simone Mears

Simone Mears is the Founding Partner and Managing Director at Profusion Group, Australia's leading provider of recruitment services to the Financial Services sector. Simone also serves as the Practice Leader of the executive search team at Profusion Group. Previously, Simone worked as a Senior Consultant and Team Lead at Laughlin Executives, specializing in recruitment and executive search in the Financial Services sector. Simone began their career as a Key Account Manager at Kodak Australasia while studying at university. Simone holds a degree in History from UNSW and has also completed a graduate program at the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
